The owner of Desert Ridge Marketplace has sold a Goodyear shopping center for $23.5 million. Phoenix-based Vestar sold the Canyon Trails Towne Center in Goodyear to a Dallas private equity firm, Trigate Capital. The big-box center includes a Super Target and Home Depot. It is located Cotton Lane and Yuma Road in the West Valley. Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Ryan Schubert, Michael Hackett and Dan Wald negotiated the deal for both parties.
