Patch Herndon, VA --Three Herndon Middle School students will join 38 other Fairfax County Public Schools students as members of this year's 2013 Virginia American Choral Directors Association Middle School Honors Chorus.
Allie Lytle, Shennan O'Day and Gaby Paendong from herndon Middle School will participate. The group will perform on April 27 at Hanover High School in Mechanicsburg.
Additional FCPS students selected for the Middle School Honors Chous include:
• Franklin Middle School: Parker Waters.
• Frost Middle School: Christine Davis, Jack DeWolf, Jack Hopewell, Jacob Lamb, Catherine Lee, Stephen Lengel, Sofie Peri, Grace Pho, Danielle Rye, Lucas Valdes, and Ryan Walsh. Alternates are Hunter Browning and Gracie Malin.
• Jackson Middle School: Joey Carroll, Sean Doyle, Julian Hockenberry, Emma Mehigan, Sebastian Marulanda, Kevin Warasila, and Kazu Yoshizaki.
• Lanier Middle School: Robert Allen, Claire Dunn, Hannah Hardimann, Jordan Hicks, Darby Hopkins, Anna Ober, Sharon Plata, Evan Strong, and Jacob Yim.
• Rocky Run Middle School: Lydia Hugo, Manu Rawal, Min Suk Kang, and Peter Waldmiller.
• Sandburg Middle School: Sarah Lore.
• South County Middle School: Cassidy Donaghy and Collin Hornbuckle.
