Patch La Jolla, CA --Cassidy Turley San Diego commercial brokerage announced the sale of a 5,000-square-foot multi-family property in Windansea on Friday.
La Jolla Trust & Rose Trust purchased the property with seven residential units at 6520-6526 La Jolla Boulevard from California Property Consultants, Inc. for $1.95 million.
The property sits on two parcels between Rosemont Street and Palomar Avenue.
