In order to get commercial real estate firm Cassidy Turley to open an office downtown, the city of St. Louis is rolling out the welcome mat to the tune of $300,000 in earnings tax revenue. The St. Louis Development Corp.'s board voted unanimously Thursday to authorize the amount, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
